Masterplan creation for a villa estate, South of Enschede, at the transition zone between the city and the surrounding landscape.
Villas in green. The location is one of three in the structural areas identified for luxury housing. The search for a strong interweave between construction and the environment, in the typical Twente landscape. The green `backbone` connects a hill in the landscape with the residential areas, which are separated by green ribs. The park with the historic farm is a recreational area nearby.
